Case managing in AOD services; a practical toolkit
This toolkit provides services with a suite of core-practice documents which have been modelled from best practice and validated stimulus from the local, national and international AOD platforms. The utilisation of these core-practice documents across services aims to enhance the practice of case management in the NT non-Government AOD Sector by providing more consistency in regards to processes, collaborative practices, skills and knowledge in the substance misuse field.
The toolkit is available for download and printing
